Team Questionnaire

1. Do you feel that your child is offered enough training opportunities? Do you think that training times are convenient, or do you have a solution to the conflicts?

2. Do you have suggestions for any changes to winter training, spring training, summer camp sessions or fall training? Give examples.

3. Do you think that we should hold regular tryouts for our teams in order to get more players?

4. Do you think we should hold fundraisers? What kind? Should we have committees for such purposes?

5. Do you know of any sponsors interested in Soccer who might contribute to our Club for traveling or other functions?

6. Are you interested in going to Europe this Easter or in the summer? Where would you like to go, Italy and Austria, only Italy, or Italy and Southern Germany?

7. Do you want to travel in the United States instead? California or Arizona?

8. How many tournaments do you want to attend each season? Would you rather do a program of tournaments in the summer than go to Europe?

9. Do you want to do friendly scrimmages during the season with other clubs?

10. Do you feel that the facility at the Purnell School is worth the extra expense, or would you prefer to train at the Baptist Conference Center?

11. Are you interested in winter leagues rather than training 3 times per week?

12. Do you think that the Central Jersey League is a good league to play in?

13. Give us a statement about your feelings for the Club and what you think would improve it for the next season.
